Ticket Transfer Info:
All ticket/pass holders from the postponed 2020 Electric Highway can redeem their tickets and passes for 2023 Festival tickets and passes or can choose to hold on to them to use at a future edition of The Electric Highway. You must contact the Festival via email to arrange the transfer of your passes before attending the festival. We are holding spots for all previous pass holders until February 28, after that tickets and passes are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please send an email to theelectrichighwayfestival@gmail.com with “Festival Pass Transfer” in the subject line. Let us know that you would like to transfer your 2020 passes for 2023 passes. Despite the festival passes costing more this year than in 2020, there will be a direct transfer to a 2023 pass with no additional charge. If you hold single-day tickets, please put “Single-day Ticket Transfer” in the subject line and we will send you what options you have for transfer. Watch for a confirmation email to let you know that your transfer has been successful. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us. Please allow 7-10 business days for confirmation.
If you bought your ticket or pass at Sloth Records and you still have the physical copy, you are eligible for a transfer. Please send us an email with “Sloth Records” in the Subject line and we will reply with instructions.
Please DO NOT buy a new ticket through the website and then ask for a refund. Please DO NOT show up at the door with the 2020 pass or single-day tickets; they MUST be transferred to the 2023 event or a future event.
