The Electric Highway is an 18+ event. YOU MUST BE 18+ to enter this event, no exceptions unless otherwise expressly stated on the individual events.
Government-issued photo ID is required for entry regardless of your age. Failure to present Photo ID proving your name and age will result in refused entry.
No exchange or refunds on tickets, including if the event is terminated early, cancelled due to acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of The Electric Highway. If the event is postponed, the tickets may be used at the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will be able to replace your ticket or pass with a comparable ticket or pass to a future edition of The Electric Highway up to and including the next 3 future festivals. Similarly, if the event is cancelled, you will be able to replace your ticket or pass with a comparable ticket or pass to a future edition of The Electric Highway up to and including the next 3 future festivals.
A ticket or pass gives the bearer access to the event, but may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation.
You voluntarily assume all risks & danger incidental to The Electric Highway, including serious injury or death, and agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents & the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket.
Your admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and regulations.
Ticket holder consents to reasonable examination & searches to ensure compliance with all provincial & federal laws, and facility rules & regulations.
Your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation to be used in festival promotional materials.
The Electric Highway reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. Updated rules will be posted to the web site.
